摘要
目的探讨羟苯磺酸钙联合利拉鲁肽对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者眼部血流动力学及视力改善的影响。方法选取2017年4月至2019年9月本院收治的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者80例,根据盲抽法分为两组,各40例。对照组口服羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用利拉鲁肽治疗。比较两组治疗后血流动力学、临床疗效、视力水平及黄斑厚度。结果治疗后,两组PSV、EDV水平均升高,PI、RI水平均降低,且观察组水平较对照组改变显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组视力水平高于治疗前,黄斑厚度低于治疗前,且观察组较对照组改善显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羟苯磺酸钙联合利拉鲁肽治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变可有效改善血流动力学水平,提高患者视力水平,临床效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of calcium dobesilate combined with lilalubicin on ocular hemodynamics and visual acuity improvement in diabetic retinopathy.Methods 80 patients with diabetic retinopathy from April 2017 to September 2019 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to blind pumping,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate orally,the observation group was treated with lilaru peptide on the basis of control group.The hemodynamics,clinical efficacy,visual acuity level and macular thickness were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of PSV and EDV increased in the two groups,and the levels of PI and RI decreased,the level of the observation group was significantly changed from that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the visual acuity level of the two groups was higher than before treatment,the macular thickness was lower than before treatment,and the observation group improved significantly compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic retinopathy with calcium dobesilate combined with lilaru peptide can improve hemodynamics effectively,to improve the visual acuity,the clinical effect is remarkable.
