摘要
随着各类新兴技术和学科的发展,单克隆抗体制备技术也得到不断更新和完善,但如何利用并有效制备抗体,用于检测、预防、治疗等迫在眉睫。本文综述了单克隆抗体制备技术的最新研究进展,包括抗体库技术、转基因和新型动物模型技术、单个B细胞抗体技术、多学科和计算机辅助抗体制备技术,并简要讨论其应用前景和存在的问题。
With the development of a variety of new technologies and disciplines,preparation technology of monoclonal anti-body has been constantly updated and improved,but the use and effective preparation of antibody for disease detection,prevention and treatment is imminent.This review summarizes the latest development of preparation technology of monoclonal antibody,including antibody library technology,transgenic and new animal model technology,single B cell antibody technology,multidisciplinary and computer-aided antibody preparation technology,and briefly discusses its future applications and the existing problems.
