摘要
本文针对某炭罐电磁阀流量特性进行CFD数值模拟及优化设计。目的是要优化炭罐电磁阀在大负荷工况下的流量,以满足国六法规的脱附流量要求。首先,在Workbench的前处理模块DesignModeler中建立参数化模型,再通过DesignXplorer模块的响应曲面方法得到最优的炭罐电磁阀设计,最后进行试验验证。本文创建的基于Workbench的响应曲面优化方法,为类似产品的优化设计提供了参考。
In this paper,CFD numerical simulation and optimized design of canister purge valve flow characteristics are conducted.The purpose is to optimize the flow rate of the canister purge valve under high load conditions to meet CN6 regulation.First,a parametric model is created in pre-processing module DesignModeler in Workbench,then the optimal canister purge valve design is obtained by the response surface method of the DesignXplorer module,and verified by the test.The response surface optimization method based on Workbench created in this paper provides a reference for the optimal design of similar products.
