“双碳”目标背景下冀西北地区低碳农业发展策略 被引量:5

摘要 在发展低碳农业是保证“双碳”目标实现的背景下,通过SWOT分析,对张家口市农业产业的竞争优势、劣势、机会以及挑战进行分析。得出张家口市发展低碳农业有着区位以及丰富的农业资源优势,具有一定潜力,但同时也面临着竞争压力不断增大、产业化水平低、发展方式仍以粗放型为主、思想观念落后以及资金投入机制不健全等问题。建议采取因地制宜的发展理念、改变思想观念、加大补贴力度、提高核心竞争力以及拓宽营销渠道创新营销方式等方式强化环境、创新健全低碳农业发展体系来推动冀西北低碳农业高质量发展。 Under the background that developing low-carbon agriculture is to ensure the realization of the goal of"Double Carbon",the authors analyzed the competitive advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of agricultural industry in Zhangjiakou City through SWOT analysis.It was obtained that the development of low-carbon agriculture in Zhangjiakou City has the potential with the advantages of location and rich agricultural resources.Meanwhile,it is also faced with problems such as increasing competitive pressure,low industrialization level,extensive development mode,backward ideas and imperfect capital investment mechanism.The suggested were put forward,including adopting the development concept of adjusting measures to local conditions,changing ideas,increasing subsidies,improving core competitiveness,broadening marketing channels and innovating marketing methods,strengthening the environment,innovating and improving the low-carbon agriculture development system to promote the high-quality development of low-carbon agriculture in Northwest Hebei.
