摘要
目的探究发展性照顾护理在早产儿喂养不耐受中的干预效果以及对生长发育的影响。方法以我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的71例喂养不耐受早产儿为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组(38例,发展性照顾护理)和对照组(33例,常规护理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组吞咽及吸吮开始时间、日平均睡眠时间、达到正常体质量时间、达到全肠道营养时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组开始自行摄奶后第1、3、7、14天的自行摄奶量均多于对照组(P<0.05)。护理1个月后,观察组GMQ、FMQ和TMQ评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.030)。结论发展性照顾护理应用在喂养不耐受的早产儿中,可提高喂养效果,增加自行摄奶量,促进其生长发育,值得推广。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of developmental nursing in feeding intolerance of premature infant and its influence on growth and development.Methods A total of 71 premature infants with feeding intolerance admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group(38 cases,developmental nursing)and control group(33 cases,routine nursing).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The start time of swallowing and sucking,the average daily sleep time,the time to reach normal body weight,and the time to achieve total enteral nutrition in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self milk intake of the observation group were more than that of the control group on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14th d after self feeding(P<0.05).After 1 month of nursing,the GMQ,FMQ and TMQ scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.030).Conclusion The application of developmental nursing in feeding intolerance of premature infants can improve the feeding effect,increase the amount of self milk intake,promote their growth and development,which is worthy of promotion.
