摘要
目的观察穴位按摩对早产儿喂养不耐受的临床疗效。方法70例喂养不耐受早产儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,2组均进行基本营养支持,治疗组同时接受早期穴位按摩治疗,1次/d,连续治疗10 d。分别于治疗前及治疗后对2组患儿的喂养情况进行评估。结果喂养进程方面,治疗组开始经口喂养时的矫正胎龄、完全经口喂养时的矫正胎龄及过渡时间均明显优于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组体质量影响方面,治疗组完全经口喂养时体质量、出院时体质量、住院期间每天增长体质量均优于对照组,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的《中文版早产儿准备经口喂养评估量表》评分也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位按摩能有效改善喂养不耐受早产儿出生后的吞咽功能,是一种有效、简便的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM acupoint massage on feeding intolerance of premature infants.Methods The prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted,70 preterm infants were divided into two groups by simple random sampling and with parental consent.The two groups were given basic nutritional support,while the treatment group was added TCM acupoint massage,1 times a day,a total of 10 days.The feeding situation of the two groups was evaluated before and after treatment.Results About the feeding process,in treatment group,the orthodontic gestational age of oral feeding and full feeding as well as the transition time were significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).About the body weight,weight at full oral feeding,weight at discharge,weight gain every day during hospitalization increased faster than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Chinese Version of Preterm Infant Oral Feeding Readiness Assessment Scale about treatment group after the trail was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM acupoint massage can effectively improve the swallowing function of premature infants.It is an effective and simple method and worth to be popularized.
