摘要
在当今社会经济转型的时代背景下,“双高计划”对高等职业教育提出迫切任务,同时也为高职院校现代化、特色化建设提供新的历史性机遇。如今高职院校提升人才培养质量的重要前提是创新人才培养模式,促进产业结构变革,同时加强产业结构变革、人才结构调整战略。高职院校应从培养目标、师资队伍建设以及实践环节等方面入手,通过校企合作、多校联动等方式,凭借加强工匠精神融入高职教学提高院校教学水平。
Under the background of social and economic transformation,Double High Plan sets an urgent task for higher vocational education,and at the same time,it provides a new historic opportunity for modernization and characteristic construction of higher vocational colleges.At present,the important premise for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of talent training is to innovate the talent training modes,to promote the reform of industrial structure,and to strengthen the strategy of industrial structure reform and talent structure adjustment.Vocational colleges should improve their teaching level by strengthening the spirit of craftsman and integrating it into higher vocational teaching through school-enterprise cooperation and multi-school linkage.
