摘要
目的探究亚胺培南联合氨溴索对重症肺炎患者白细胞(WBC)、降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析80例重症肺炎患者临床资料,根据治疗方案不同进行分组,采取氨溴索治疗的患者纳入对照组(40例),采用亚胺培南联合氨溴索治疗的患者纳入观察组(41例)。比较两组症状改善及机械通气时间;比较两组治疗前、治疗14d后WBC、PCT、CRP、动脉氧气分压(PaO_(2))、动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))。结果观察组体温恢复正常时间、机械通气时间较对照组短,病灶吸收率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组WBC、PCT、CRP、PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗14d后,两组WBC、PCT、CRP、PaCO_(2)均降低,PaO_(2)均升高,且观察组变化幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症肺炎患者采用亚胺培南联合氨溴索治疗,可以加快病灶吸收,降低炎症反应,提高血氧含量,促进患者早日恢复健康。
Objective To explore the effects of imipenem combined with ambroxol on the levels of WBC,PCT and CRP in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with severe pneumonia admitted in our hospital from November 2018 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and grouped according to different treatment plans.The patients treated with ambroxol were included in the control group(40 cases),and the patients treated with imipenem combined with ambroxol were included in the observation group(41 cases).Compare the symptoms improvement and mechanical ventilation time of the two groups.The WBC,PCT,CRP,arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2)),and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO_(2))were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 14 days of treatment.Results The time for body temperature recovery and mechanical ventilation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the rate of lesion absorption was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in WBC,PCT,CRP,PaO_(2),PaCO_(2)between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14 days of treatment,WBC,PCT,CRP,and PaCO_(2)in both groups were decreased,and PaO_(2)was increased,and the change in the observation group was greater,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of severe pneumonia patients with imipenem combined with ambroxol can accelerate the absorption of the lesions,reduce the inflammatory response,increase the blood oxygen content,and promote the patients'early recovery of health.
