不同蛋白水平日粮对辽西驴肉质营养成分的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验研究不同蛋白水平日粮对辽西驴肉质营养成分的影响。试验采用单因素试验设计,选择健康、体重相近的12月龄辽西驴18匹,随机分为3组,每组6个重复(公、母各半),每个重复1匹辽西驴。辽西驴分别饲喂蛋白质水平为10.71%(试验1组)、13.57%(试验2组)、16.42%(试验3组)的全价混合饲料。试验期180 d。结果显示,试验2组的天门冬氨酸(Asp)、精氨酸(Arg)含量显著高于试验1组和试验3组(P<0.05);试验2组的丝氨酸(Ser)、赖氨酸(Lys)含量显著高于试验1组(P<0.05);试验3组的异亮氨酸(Ile)、苯丙氨酸(Phe)含量显著高于试验1组和试验2组(P<0.05);试验3组的蛋氨酸(Met)、色氨酸(Trp)、亮氨酸(Leu)含量显著高于试验1组(P<0.05);试验2组和试验3组的酪氨酸(Tyr)及总氨基酸含量显著高于试验1组(P<0.05)。试验2组的饱和脂肪酸(SFA)和多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量极显著高于试验1组和试验3组(P<0.01);试验2组的单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量显著高于试验1组和试验3组(P<0.05)。试验1组和试验2组的镁(Mg)含量显著高于试验3组(P<0.05)。研究表明,13.57%蛋白水平日粮和16.42%蛋白水平日粮对辽西驴肉中的氨基酸含量有提高作用;13.57%蛋白水平日粮能够极显著提高辽西驴肉中脂肪酸含量。 The experiment was to study the effect of different protein levels rations on meat nutrition composition of Liaoxi donkeys.A single factor design was adopted in the experiment.Eighteen healthy donkeys were selected and divided into three groups randomly,with six replicates in each group(half in male and female),and one donkeys in each replicate.Donkeys were fed with protein level of 10.71%(trial group 1),13.57%(trial group 2),16.42%(trial group 3)rations,respectively.The experimental period lasted for 180 d.The results showed that Asp and Arg of trial group 2 were significantly higher than group 1 and group 3(P<0.05).Ser and Lys of trial group 2 were significantly higher than group 1(P<0.05).Ile and Phe of trial group 3 were significantly higher than group 1 and group 2(P<0.05).Met,Trp and Leu of group 3 were significantly higher than group 1(P<0.05).Tyr and total amino acid content of trial group 2 and trial group 3 were significantly higher than group 1(P<0.05).SFA and PUFA of trial group 2 were extremely higher than group 1 and group 3(P<0.01).MUFA of trial group 2 were significantly higher than that of group 1 and group 3(P<0.05).Mg content of trial group 1 and trial group 2 were significantly higher than trial group 3(P<0.05).The experiment indicates the protein level of 13.57%and 16.42%rations improved amino acid content of Liaoxi donkeys meat,and protein level of 13.57%ration extremely improved fatty acid content of Liaoxi donkeys meat.
