摘要
为探究青贮全株玉米在德州驴饲料中添加的适宜比例,选用20头德州三粉驴,随机分成5组,每组4头,分别喂食含0%(G1)、10%(G2)、20%(G3)、30%(G4)和40%(G5)青贮全株玉米的试验饲粮3个月,测定其生长性能和血清生化指标。结果表明,G1和G3组驴的平均日增重均显著高于G5组(P<0.05);G1和G3组驴的料重比均显著低于G5组(P<0.05)。G1和G2组驴的血清胆固醇含量和谷丙转氨酶活性显著低于G5组(P<0.05);G1和G2组驴的高密度脂蛋白含量均显著低于G4和G5组(P<0.05);G5组驴的谷草转氨酶活性显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。综上,说明德州三粉驴饲料中添加20%的青贮全株玉米饲喂效果最佳。
The purpose of this experiment was to explore the appropriate proportion of silage whole corn in the feed of Dezhou donkeys. Twenty Dezhou Sanfen donkeys were randomly divided into five groups, with four in each group. They were fed with silage whole corn diets containing 0%(G1),10%(G2),20%(G3),30%(G4) and 40%(G5) for three months. Their growth performance and serum biochemical indexes were measured. The results showed that the average daily gain of donkeys in group G1 and G3 was significantly higher than that in group G5(P<0.05), and the feed to body weight increase ratio of group G1 and G3 was significantly lower than that of group G5(P <0.05). The content of serum cholesterol and the activity of alanine aminotransferase in group G1 and G2 were significantly lower than those in group G5(P <0.05);the content of high density lipoprotein in group G1 and G2 was significantly lower than that in group G4 and G5(P <0.05);the activity of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase in group G5 was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05). In conclusion, the feeding effect of Dezhou Sanfen donkey with 20% silage whole corn is the best.
