摘要
试验从土壤中采样筛选获得具有抗菌活性的高拮抗菌株,并对发酵活性产物进行初步抑菌研究。结果显示,编号为LP10菌株发酵液对指示菌均有良好的抑菌效果。经过形态特征、生理生化和16S rDNA比对建立进化树鉴定,确定此菌为陶氏芽孢杆菌。研究表明,抑菌物质在30℃时活性最强,90℃以下较稳定,pH值8时活性最强,紫外时间6 h活性最强,最佳储藏温度25℃,在苯溶剂中活性物质溶解度较大。
The experiment obtained high antagonistic strains with antibacterial activity from soil samples,and the preliminary bacteriostasis of fermentation active products was studied.The results showed that the fermentation broth numbered LP10 had a good antibacterial effect on indicator bacteria.After morphological characteristics,physiology and biochemistry and 16 S rDNA comparison,a phylogenetic tree was established and identified,and the bacterium was Bacillus Dowii.The experiment indicates that the antibacterial substance has the strongest activity at 30℃and it is stable below 90℃,the strongest activity is at p H value 8,the strongest activity is at UV time of 6 h,the best storage temperature is 25℃,and the solubility of the active substance in benzene solvent is greater.
