PGPR复合菌系对花生生长及根际土壤微生物的影响 被引量:15

Effect of PGPR Compound Flora on Peanut Seedling Growth and Rhizosphere Soil Microorganism

摘要 【目的】为4株植物根际促生菌(PGPR)的复合菌肥制备提供指导,促进植物根际促生菌在农业生产上的应用。【方法】将4株植物根际促生菌根据固氮、解磷及解钾的功能互补配制成4种复合菌系(P9+GD3、P9+GD(12)、P(10)+GD3和P(10)+GD(12)),对盆栽花生幼苗进行灌根试验,30 d后测定花生幼苗的生长指标、土壤理化性质、根际土壤功能菌群数及酶活性。【结果】4种复合菌系的灌根处理均显著增加花生的株高和鲜重,有效提高土壤的氮磷钾含量,增加根际土壤氮循环功能菌群、溶磷菌及解钾菌的数量,显著提高土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶和中性磷酸酶活性,尤以P(10)+GD(12)菌株组合最显著,其对照(未进行PGPR复合菌系处理)的花生株高和鲜重分别高37.60%和63.90%,土壤碱解氮和速效钾分别高64.36%和1.38倍,根际土壤的氨化细菌、自生固氮菌及解钾菌分别增加36.98、8.25和13.23倍,根际土壤脲酶增加2.48倍。【结论】利用根际促生菌的功能构建多功能复合菌系可有效促进花生幼苗生长,提高土壤养分含量,改善根际土壤环境,为下一步复合菌剂的应用奠定理论基础。 【Objective】This study aimed to provide guidance for preparation of compound flora consisting of four plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria strains,and improve the application on agricultural production.【Method】By using four growth-promoting rhizobacteria strains,four different compound flora,including P9+GD3,P9+GD12,P10+GD3,and P10+GD12,were formulated based on functional complementation about characteristics of nitrogen-fixing,phosphate-solubilizing and potassium-dissolving.And peanut seedlings were irrigated with these different PGPR flora in pot experiments.Peanut seedling growth and soil physicochemical indexes were measured,and functional bacteria quantity and enzyme activities of rhizosphere soil were analyzed 30 days after plantation.【Result】Plant height and weight of peanut seedlings were obviously improved,and contents of soil available N,available K and total P were increased afterbeing irrigated with these PGPR flora.Functional flora quantity of nitrogen cycle,phosphate-solubilizing bacteria,potassium-dissolving bacteria were increased in peanut rhizosphere soil.And urease activity,catalase activity and neutral phosphatase activity were enhanced obviously,especially noticeable on that treated with the mixture of P10 and GD12 strains.Compared to the control,plant height and fresh weight of peanut were improved by 37.60%and 63.90%,soil available N and available K were increased by 64.36%and 1.38 times,respectively.And afterbeing irrigated with the mixture of P10 and GD12,the quantity of ammonifying bacteria,nitrogen-fixing bacteria and potassium-dissolving bacteria of peanut rhizosphere soil were 36.98,8.25 and 13.23 times more than no-inoculation group,urease activity was also improved by 2.48 times.【Conclusion】Functional PGPR compound flora,constructed based on functional complementation of four PGPR strains,could effectively promote growth of peanut seedling,increase soil nutrients content and optimize rhizosphere soil conditions.This conclusion could provide the thesis basis for application of compound bacteria agents in the future.
