摘要
目的:夏枯草治疗甲状腺结节(Thyroid Noclule,TN)的网络药理学研究。方法:用中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform,TCMSP)筛选活性成分及相关靶点;用GeneCards数据库筛选TN靶点;用Cytoscape 3.7.2软件构建活性成分-靶点网络图;利用String平台构建共同靶点蛋白相互作用(Protein-Protein Interaction,PPI)网络;用DAVID 6.8进行基因本体论(The Gene Ontology,GO)和京都基因与基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,KEGG)通路分析。结果:夏枯草有效活性成分11个,作用靶点211个,相关靶点136个,关键蛋白基因19个。结论:夏枯草有多个活性成分,通过多靶点蛋白与信号通路治疗TN,为夏枯草的临床应用及TN的研究提供一定的理论依据。
Objective:To study the mechanism of prunella vulgaris in the treatment of TN based on network pharmacology.Methods:The active ingredients and related targets were screened by TCMSP database.TN targets were screened by GeneCards database.Cytoscape 3.7.2 software was used to construct the active ingredient-target network diagram.PPI networks of common target protein were constructed through the String platform.Go and KEGG pathways were analyzed through David 6.8 software.Results:There were 11 effective active components,211 active targets,136 related targets,and 19 key protein genes in Prunella prunnifolia.Conclusions:Prunella vulgaris has multiple active components,which can treat TN by multi-target proteins and signaling pathways,providing theoretical basis for clinical application of prunella vulgaris and research on TN.
