酶催化合成酯类润滑油综述 被引量:4

摘要 随着人们环保意识的不断增强,环境保护问题变得越来越重要。开发环境友好且可生物降解的润滑油代替传统的矿物润滑油是润滑油领域面临的挑战。合成酯润滑油因其具有良好的低温性能,优良的热氧化安定性及优异的生物降解性等而得到了广泛的应用。化学法(直接酯化法和酯交换法)合成酯类润滑油效率高,但存在反应温度高,时间长,副反应多,污染环境,催化剂难以回收等问题。与化学法相比,酶催化合成酯类润滑油反应条件温和,选择性高,能耗低,符合绿色环保的理念。对固定化酶,游离酶及溶剂体系合成酯类润滑油进行了综述。酶催化是绿色合成酯类润滑油的有效途径,具有良好的发展空间和应用前景。 With the continuous enhancement of people’s awareness of environmental protection,environmen⁃tal protection had become more and more important.It was a challenge for developing environmentally friendly and biodegradable lubricants to replace traditional mineral lubricants in the field of lubricants.Synthetic esters lu⁃bricant had been widely used because of its good low temperature performance,excellent thermal oxidation stabili⁃ty and excellent biodegradability.Chemical methods(direct esterification and transesterification)had high effi⁃ciency in synthesizing ester lubricant,but there were some problems,such as high reaction temperature,long time,many side reactions,environmental pollution,and difficult recovery of catalyst and so on.Compared with chemical methods,enzymatic synthesis of ester lubricant had mild reaction conditions,high selectivity and low en⁃ergy consumption,which was in line with the concept of green environmental protection.The synthesis of ester lu⁃bricant by immobilized enzyme,free enzyme and solvent system was reviewed.Enzyme catalysis was an effective way for green synthesis of esters lubricant,which had a good development space and application prospect.
