摘要
以天成早薹1号白菜薹为材料,采用漂浮育苗、穴盘育苗及传统土壤育苗3种育苗方式设计了9个育苗方案,从出苗率、幼苗形态质量及生化指标等方面比较不同育苗方式的育苗效果,以期筛选出适宜白菜薹育苗的最佳方案。结果表明:以136孔育苗盘连续漂浮育苗方式更具优势,其出苗率比传统土壤育苗提高了23.6%,苗期和生育期比传统土壤育苗缩短2 d,苗龄15 d时株高、茎粗等形态指标和壮苗指数均优于传统土壤育苗;与传统土壤育苗相比,叶绿素(a+b)含量提高了46.8%,MDA的含量降低了23.8%,白菜薹产量提高了20.7%。同时,该方法操作简单方便,易于推广。
In order to select the best scheme for raising stalk Chinese cabbage seedlings(Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis),taking Tianchengzaotai No.1 stalk Chinese cabbage as the material,nine seedling-raising schemes were designed with floating seedlings,plug seedlings and traditional soil seedlings,and the seedling-raising effects were compared from the aspects of seedling emergence rate,seedling morphological quality and biochemical indices.Results showed that compared with the traditional soil seedling,the germination rate in the 136-hole tray continuous floating seedling system was 23.6%higher;the seedling stage and growth period were shortened by two days;the morphological indices such as plant height,stem thickness,leaf size,root length,and strong seedling index at 15 days of seedling age were better;the content of chlorophyll(a+b)was increased by 46.8%,and the content of MDA was reduced by 23.8%;and the stalk yield was increased by 20.7%.At the same time,the method is simple,convenient and easy to be popularized.
