沼液与木醋液浸种对黑豆育苗效果的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Seed Presoaking Treatment with Biogas Slurry and Wood Vinegar on Germination and Seedling Growth of Black Bean

摘要 为拓展沼液、木醋液综合利用途径,探究二者单独及耦合作用下的浸种效果,试验以黑豆为研究对象,采用沙床培养法,分析了沼液、木醋液清水稀释液及沼液稀释木醋液浸种对种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:较高浓度的木醋液对黑豆种子的萌发具有抑制作用,但沼液与木醋液混合浸种可不同程度协同促进黑豆种子发芽及幼苗生长。其中沼液700倍稀释木醋液处理种苗株高较对照提高158.06%,沼液300倍稀释木醋液处理种苗根长较对照提高98.08%,但沼液100倍稀释木醋液处理种苗生物量积累最高,同时根冠比较对照提高31.71%,可以作为优选的浸种条件。沼液与木醋液耦合浸种具有应用潜力。 In order to expand the comprehensive utilization of biogas slurry and wood vinegar,presoaking of black bean seed with sole biogas slurry,sole wood vinegar(diluted with water),and their combination(diluting the wood vinegar with biogas slurry)were tested respectively adopting sand bed-culture method,the effect of seed presoaking on seed germination and seedling growth were determined.The results showed that a higher concentration of wood vinegar had an inhibitory effect on the germination of black bean seed,but the mixed presoaking treatment could synergistically promote the germination and seedling growth.The plant height of seedlings treated with biogas slurry 700 times diluted wood vinegar solution was 158.06%higher than the control,the root length of seedlings treated with biogas slurry 300 times diluted wood vinegar solution increased by 98.08%compared with the control,but the biomass accumulation of seedlings treated with biogas slurry 100 times diluted wood vinegar solution was the highest,and the root-shoot ratio increased by 31.71%compared to the control,so it could be the optimal seed soaking condition.Combined application of biogas slurry and wood vinegar has promising potential in seed soaking.
