摘要
高压输电线路中的线路断股是线路故障的主要形式之一,目前市面上更多还是采用人力高空修补,这种传统修补方法风险大,强度高。介绍了一种修补机器人的线路断股捋线装置,通过机器人沿线前进,将断股沿螺旋凹槽捋回。分别对被动式和主动式进行了设计,通过试验比较其优劣,选择了主动式结构,最终确定了其可行性与稳定性。
Broken strands of the ground wire in high-voltage transmission lines are one of the main forms of line faults. At present, more manual repairs are used on the market. This traditional repair method is risky and high in intensity. This article introduces a device for repairing the broken strands of the ground wire of the robot. The robot advances along the line and strokes the broken strands back along the spiral groove. The passive and active are designed respectively, and the pros and cons are compared through experiments, the active structure is selected, and its feasibility and stability are finally determined.
