摘要
受新冠疫情影响,大学生就业问题变得愈发严峻。基于生态系统理论视角,对新冠疫情造成大学生就业难的样态及其根源进行分析可知,当前大学生就业难问题可归因于企业招聘需求大幅缩减、高校就业指导工作缺位和失位、劳动市场竞争持续激烈以及大学生自身问题等。疫情使得经济与社会固有平衡被打破,导致上述问题变得更为突出。本研究结合社会工作价值理念和工作方法,从多个维度提出解决大学生就业难问题的对策建议,旨在转变传统的大学生就业问题解决路径,为在特殊环境下大学生就业困境的突围探索创新路径。
Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,the employment problem of college students has become more and more serious.Based on the perspective of ecosystem theory,the analysis of the situation and root causes of the employment difficulties of college students caused by COVID-19 shows that the current employment difficulties of college students can be attributed to the drastic reduction in the recruitment demand of enterprises,the absence and loss of employment guidance work in colleges and universities,the continuous fierce competition in the labor market,and the problems of college students themselves.The epidemic has disrupted the inherent balance between economy and society,making these problems even more acute.Combining social work values and methods,we propose countermeasures to solve the employment difficulties of college students from multiple dimensions,aiming to change the traditional path of solving the employment problems of college students and explore innovative paths for breaking out of the employment difficulties of college students under special circumstances.
