摘要
大学生就业问题已成为社会各界关注的热点。大学生就业困难主要有供求两方面的原因,而如今的思想政治教育和心理辅导不能适应新的发展趋势。社会工作以其独有的优势在解决大学生就业问题上将会扮演重要角色。
The issues about college students employment has became a real hot spot.This article analyzes from the supply and demand two aspects about the difficult reasons for college students employment,and analyzes the the superiority of the social work involvement.It has also inquired the concrete methods of the social work involvement in the college student employment.
