摘要
在网络技术和移动互联发展的背景下,生鲜农产品供应链成员间的合作与协调对促进农产品供应链的效益具有重要意义。通过构建实体渠道权利结构、网络渠道权利结构、集中决策下供应链中三方成员博弈模型,分析了由物流服务提供商、零售商、农户/农产品供应商组成的生鲜农产品供应链的博弈过程和结果,提出了网络渠道权利下收益共享和成本共担契约策略,研究结果为新零售模式下生鲜农产品供应链协调策略提供依据。
Under the background of the development of network technology and mobile Internet,the cooperation and coordination among the members of fresh agricultural products supply chain are of great significance to promote the benefits of agricultural products supply chain.The game process and results of fresh agricultural products supply chain composed of logistics service provider,retailer,farmer/agricultural product supplier are analyzed by constructing three game models of entity channel right structure,network channel right structure and supply chain members under centralized decision-making,and revenue sharing and cost sharing contract strategy under network channel right are put forward.The research results provide the basis for the coordination strategy of fresh agricultural products supply chain under new retail mode.
