摘要
博物馆成人教育是终身学习体系的重要组成部分,在满足居民多元学习需求、引导居民参与社会治理方面发挥了积极作用。当前,基于博物馆的成人教育虽然在助力社会治理的理论、政策和实践等方面取得一定进展,但是,长期忽视教育的价值导向和助力作用,导致相关理论研究还不深入、政策建构还不完善、内涵提炼还不到位、理念宣传还不充分等问题。要提升博物馆的社会治理效能,还需要对博物馆的成人教育工作进行提档升级,从政策引领、场域拓展、项目设计和方式创新等方面精准施策、系统推进,才能更好地提升公众参与社会治理的意愿和能力,进一步促进社会治理共同体的建构和完善。
Museum adult education is an important part of the lifelong learning system and has played an active role in meeting residents’diversified learning needs and guiding them to participate in social governance.Although some progress has been made regarding museums help social governance in in the theory,policy and practice,the long neglect of museums’role in value orientation,problems,such as the insufficient theoretical research,the incomplete policy framework,the inadequate understanding of education,and inefficient publicization,have been observed.To enhance the museum’s role in social governance,it is important to improve its adult education work and make precise and systematic efforts in terms of policy making,field expansion,program design,and method innovation,so as to increase the public’s willingness and ability to participate in social governance and further promote the construction and improvement of a community of social governance.
