摘要
地摊经济作为市场经济的重要组成部分,随着时代的发展不断演化。2020年5-6月,李克强总理两次点赞地摊经济,将人们对地摊经济的认知提高到一个新的层次。那么,新时期地摊经济与原来相比具有哪些差异?本文根据整个市场经济发展历程将地摊经济分为三个阶段,在对比三个阶段异同点的基础上,分析地摊经济3.0的发展现状、存在的问题,在借鉴其他国家发展地摊经济的基础上,提出未来地摊经济可持续发展的对策与建议。
The important components of market economy,street vending economy evolves with the development of the times.From May to June 2020,Premier Li Keqiang praised the market economy twice,raising people's awareness of the street vending economy to a new level.Then,what are the differences between street vending economy in the new period and the previous one?Based on the development of the whole market economy,this paper divides the street vending economy into three stages.On the basis of comparing the similarities and differences of the three stages,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of 3.0 version of street vending economy,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of street vending economy in the future on the basis of learning from the development of street vending economy in other countries.
