摘要
南海湖地处蒙新湖区,具有独特地理位置、气候特征和水文条件,同时为当地4A级景区,因此具备城市湖泊特点,成为受自然和人为双重因素影响的天然湖泊。为揭示南海湖浮游植物群落季节变化与环境因子关系,该文筛选主要环境驱动因子,结合营养状态指数法对湖泊营养状态进行评价,于2018年9月-2019年8月期间,对南海湖浮游植物群落结构进行调查分析,并对水体环境因子进行测定。结果显示:南海湖浮游植物共有7门78属148种,浮游植物群落结构为蓝藻-绿藻-硅藻型。浮游植物丰度呈现出由湖心区向周围递减的趋势,全年浮游植物丰度变化范围为1.270×10^(7)~28.369×10^(7)cells/L,全年平均丰度为11.330×10^(7)cells/L。各季节不同功能分区水域评价结果表明,湖泊水体状态为重度富营养化。从浮游植物密度与环境因子冗余分析和多元逐步回归分析结果可知,WT、pH、COD和TN是导致浮游植物群落结构与密度随季节变化的主要驱动因子,故控制氮营养盐和有机质输入是改善南海湖水质的关键所在。
Nanhai Lake,located in the Mongolia-Xinjiang plateau,is a local 4 A scenic spot with unique geographical location,climatic characteristics and hydrological conditions.Therefore,it has the characteristics of an urban lake and has become a natural lake influenced by both natural and anthropogenic factors.In order to reveal the relationship between seasonal variation of phytoplankton community and environmental factors,the main environmental driving factors were screened.The trophic state of the Lake was evaluated by the trophic level index approach.The phytoplankton community structure was investigated and analyzed,and the water environmental factors were measured from Septemper,2018 to August,2019.The results showed that a total of 148 species of 78 genera,7 phyla were identified in the Lake,and the phytoplankton community was composed of Cyanobacteria,Chlorophyta and Bicillariophyta.The abundance of phytoplankton decreased from the central of the Lake to the surrounding area.The annual variation range of phytoplankton abundance was 1.270×10^(7)~28.369×10^(7)cells/L,and the annual average abundance of phytoplankton was 11.330×10^(7)cells/L.The evaluation results of different functional zones in different seasons showed that,the trophtic state of the Lake was severe eutrophication.From the results of redundancy analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis of phytoplankton density and environmental factors,it can be known that WT,pH,COD and TN are the main driving factors leading to seasonal changes of phytoplankton structure and density,Therefore,controlling the input of nitrogen and organic matter is the key to improve the water quality of Nanhai Lake.
