摘要
目的分析首发精神分裂症患者血清S100β、神经营养因子3(NT-3)水平及其与认知功能的关系。方法选取驻马店市第二人民医院2018年8月至2021年2月诊断的98例首发精神分裂症患者为研究组,另选取同期健康体检者95例为对照组,均检测血清S100β、NT-3水平,并以认知功能成套测验(MCCB)评估认知功能。比较两组检测结果,分析血清S100β、NT-3水平与MCCB评分的相关性。结果观察组血清S100β、NT-3水平高于对照组(P<0.05),MCCB评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。MCCB评分<200分的患者血清S100β、NT-3水平高于MCCB评分≥200分的患者(P<0.05)。首发精神分裂症患者血清S100β、NT-3水平与MCCB评分呈负相关(r=-0.381、-0.409,P<0.001)。结论首发精神分裂症患者血清S100β、NT-3水平与认知功能关系密切,二者高水平表达提示认知障碍较严重,临床可通过检测血清S100β、NT-3水平评估首发精神分裂症患者认知功能。
Objective To analyze the serum S100β and neurotrophin-3(NT-3)levels in patients with first-episode schizophrenia and their relationship with cognitive function.Methods A total of 98 patients with first-episode schizophrenia diagnosed in Zhumadian Second People’s Hospital from August 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the study group,and 95 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of S100β and NT-3 were detected,and cognitive function was assessed by the MATRICS consensus cognitive battery(MCCB).The test results of the two groups were compared,and the correlation between serum S100β ,NT-3 levels and MCCB score was analyzed.Results In observation group,the serum S100β and NT-3 levels were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the MCCB score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The serum S100β and NT-3 levels of patients with MCCB score<200 were higher than those with MCCB score≥200(P<0.05).The serum S100β and NT-3 levels of patients with first-episode schizophrenia were negatively correlated with MCCB score(r=-0.381,-0.409,P<0.001).Conclusion The serum S100β and NT-3 levels of patients with first episode schizophrenia are closely related to cognitive function,and the high levels of the two indicate severe cognitive impairment.Clinically,the cognitive function of patients with first-episode schizophrenia could be assessed by detecting serum S100β and NT-3 levels.
