摘要
高校教学督导是高校内部教育评价的重要途径。线上教学督导的差异性在于教在线上、导在线上。简单复制线下督导模式产生的重督查轻指导、重评价轻改进等问题制约线上督导成效。高校线上教学督导能力建设,一方面需要增强指导能力,提升教师对线上教学督导的认同感;另一方面也需要增强结果运用,完善“质量评价—反馈激励”机制,提升教师的获得感,促进人才培养目标的达成。
Teaching supervision is an important way of internal education evaluation in colleges and universities.The difference of online teaching supervision lies in teaching online and guiding online.The problems of simply copying the offline supervision mode,such as paying more attention to supervision than guidance,and attaching more importance to evaluation than improvement,restrict the effectiveness of supervision.As far as the construction of online teaching supervision ability in colleges and universities is concerned,on the one hand,it is necessary to enhance the guidance ability of online teaching supervision and improve teachers’online teaching organization and evaluation ability.On the other hand,it is necessary to enhance the application of online teaching supervision results and improve the"quality evaluation and feedback incentive"mechanism,so as to enhance teachers’sense of gain and promote achieving the goals of talent cultivation.
