摘要
目的:观察陇中扶正颗粒联合西医常规治疗艾滋病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将艾滋病气阴两虚患者98例随机分为对照组和观察组各49例,对照组予西医HAART治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予陇中扶正颗粒治疗;两组疗程均为6个月;检测两组患者治疗前后CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞计数及HIV病毒载量,观察两组患者临床疗效及不良反应。结果:总有效率观察组为91.84%,对照组为75.51%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组CD4+T淋巴细胞计数均较治疗前上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组上升更明显(P<0.05);治疗后两组HIV病毒载量均较治疗前下降,观察组下降更明显(P<0.05);观察组有2例患者出现恶心、呕吐症状,对照组4例患者出现腹胀、恶心、呕吐,1例治疗1月后转氨酶轻、中度升高。结论:陇中扶正颗粒结合西医常规治疗艾滋病的临床疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗,且副作用小。
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy and the safety of Longzhong Fuzheng granules combined with conventional Western medicine in treating AIDS.Methods:All 98 Patients were randomly allocated to the control group and the observation group,49 cases in each group,the control group accepted HAART therapy of Western medicine,and the observation group took Longzhong Fuzheng granules orally based on the therapy the control group accepted,the course was six months for both groups;to detect CD4^(+)T lymphocytes count and HIV viral load in both groups before and after treating,to observe the changes of clinical symptoms and adverse reaction between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 91.84%,higher than 75.51%of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P<0.05);after treating,CD4^(+)T lymphocytes count in both groups lifted than these before treating,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05),the rise of the observation group was more notable(P<0.05);after treating,HIV viral load lowered in both groups compared with these before treating,and the decrease of the observation group was more remarkable(P<0.05);there was two patients appeared nausea and vomiting in the observation group,and four patients suffered abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting in the control group,one patients showed the increase of aminotransferase slightly after treating for one month.Conclusion:Clinical effects of Longzhong Fuzheng granules combined with conventional Western medicine in treating AIDS are superior to these of only conventional Western medicine,showing minor adverse reaction.
