摘要
艾滋病相关性腹泻是艾滋病发展过程中一种很常见的并发症,其病机复杂,临床症状、体征变化多端,反复迁延;临床症状主要表现为慢性腹泻伴有吸收障碍、营养不良、体质量下降和恶液质慢性消耗症状等,是导致患者生活质量下降、死亡的主要原因之一,因此目前仍是医学界的一大难题。阅读近些年关于中医药治疗艾滋病相关性腹泻的文献报道并归纳分析,从中医角度探讨艾滋病相关性腹泻,该文认为患者自身正气亏虚是本病的内因,疫毒入侵是外因,加上毒邪日久,脏腑功能受损导致机体正气亏虚,和饮食不节、情志失调、劳倦过度等共同构成其病因;病机是脾虚湿盛,肾精亏虚,脾肾两虚;病位在肠并与脾、肾两脏密切相关;临床辨证分型分为脾肾两虚型、脾胃虚弱型、湿热蕴结型、肝郁脾虚型4种。该文通过对其相关研究进行探讨分析,以期为艾滋病相关性腹泻的中医及中西医结合治疗提供治疗方案和对其预防提供依据,有一定的积极意义。
AIDS-related diarrhea is a very common complication in the developing process of AIDS.Its pathogenesis is complex,and the clinical symptoms and signs vary widely and repeatedly.The clinical symptoms are mainly chronic diarrhea accompanied by malabsorption,malnutrition,weight loss and chronic wasting symptoms of cachexia,which are one of the main reasons leading to the decline in the quality of life of patients and death,and so it is still a major problem in the medical community.According to the literature reports on the treatment of AIDS-related diarrhea with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years and summarizing and analyzing the AIDS-related diarrhea from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper holds that the patients′own deficiency of healthy Qi is the internal cause of the disease,and the invasion of epidemic virus is the externalcause.In addition,the long-term toxic evil and the impairment of Zang-Fu organs function lead to the deficiency of healthy Qi,which together constitute the cause of the disease,such as improper diet,emotional disorder and overwork.The pathogenesis isspleen deficiency and dampness,kidney essence deficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency.The disease is located in the intestineand is closely related to the spleen and kidney.The syndrome differentiation is divided into spleen and kidney deficiency,spleenand stomach deficiency,damp-heat accumulation,liver depression and spleen deficiency.This article carried on the discussion a-nalysis through the related research,in order to provide the treatment plan and the prevention for AIDS related diarrhea with tradi-tional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,which has certain positive significance.
