摘要
目的:探讨综合康复护理联合穴位贴敷对高危妊娠孕妇产后焦虑、抑郁状态及体内雌、孕激素的影响。方法:将99例高危妊娠孕妇采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组、贴敷组及观察组,每组33例。对照组进行常规护理,贴敷组在常规护理基础上予穴位贴敷治疗,观察组在穴位贴敷基础上行综合康复护理,观察3组孕妇的雌激素、孕激素、免疫功能水平,抑郁量表评分(self-rating depression scale,SDS)、焦虑量表评分(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS),匹兹堡睡眠质量评分(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)及护理满意度。结果:观察组雌二醇水平高于对照组及贴敷组,孕酮水平低于对照组及贴敷组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CD4^(+)水平、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值高于对照组与贴敷组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SDS、SAS及PSQI评分明显低于对照组与贴敷组(P<0.05);护理满意率观察组[93.93%(31/33)]高于贴敷组[84.55%(28/33)]对照组[72.70%(24/33)](P<0.05)。结论:综合康复护理联合穴位贴敷可明显改善高危妊娠孕妇的抑郁与焦虑状态,并可改善体内雌孕激素水平,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To discuss the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and acupoint application on postpartum anxiety,depression,estrogen and progesterone in high-risk pregnant women.Methods:All 99 patients were separated to the control group,acupoint application group and the observation group using random number table method.The control group adopted conventional care,acupoint application group were given acupoint application based on conventional care,and the observation group comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on acupoint application,to observe the levels of estrogen,progesterone,the levels of immune function,SDS,SAS,PSQI and nursing satisfaction degrees of three groups.Results:The observation group was higher than the control group and acupoint application group in the levels of E2,lower than the control group and acupoint application group in the levels of progesterone(P<0.05);after treating,the levels of CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) of the observation group were higher than these of the control group and acupoint application group(P<0.05);after treating,the observation group was lower than the control group and acupoint application group in the scores of SDS,SAS and PSQI notably(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 93.93%(31/33)superior to 84.55%(28/33)of acupoint application group 72.70%(24/33)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and acupoint application could notably improve anxiety and depression,the levels of estrogen and progesterone in high-risk pregnant women,raise nursing satisfaction degrees.
