摘要
巷道快速密闭是防治煤矿自燃发火常用的技术,其中密闭充填材料的研究意义重大。通过室内正交实验研究了柔模无机充填材料不同配比的坍落度、稠化悬浮性、凝结时间、收缩性及抗压强度。优选出柔模无机充填材料配比,并用于巷道快速密闭实践工程。结果表明,影响料浆流动性能最主要的因素为悬浮剂掺量和水灰比。为保证浆液具有良好的流动性能,悬浮剂掺量应为2.5%,水灰比控制在0.43~0.46,当水灰比为0.46,增强剂掺量为1%时,强度较大;稠化悬浮性能测试及后期收缩性能测试表明浆液水灰比降低,悬浮剂增大,该性能更好。综合各影响因素及各个指标的重要程度,优化出配方在张家峁煤矿13102工作面成功应用。研究成果为巷道快速密闭无机充填材料的配比提供了借鉴。
Rapid sealing of roadway is a common technology to prevent spontaneous combustion in coal mine,and the research on sealing filling material is of great significance.The slump,thickening suspension,setting time,shrinkage and compressive strength of flexible mold inorganic filling materials with different ratios are studied by indoor orthogonal experiments.The ratio of flexible mold inorganic filling material is optimized and applied to the practical engineering of rapid sealing of roadway.The results show that the main factors affecting the fluidity of slurry are the content of suspending agent and water cement ratio.In order to ensure good fluidity of slurry,the content of suspending agent shall be 2.5%,and the water cement ratio shall be controlled at 0.43-0.46.When the water cement ratio is 0.46 and the content of reinforcing agent is 1%,the strength is greater.The thickening suspension performance test and later shrinkage performance test show that the performance is better with the decrease of slurry water cement ratio and the increase of suspending agent.Based on the importance of various influencing factors and indexes,the optimized formula is successfully applied in 13102 face of Zhangjiamao coal mine.The research results provide a reference for the proportion of inorganic filling materials for rapid sealing of roadway.
