摘要
电容式电压互感器是电力系统重要的保护和计量设备,其可靠运行对电网的安全稳定有着重要影响,因此电容式电压互感器的状态评价和故障分析对维护电网安全具有重要意义。论文针对一起220 kV电容式电压互感器二次电压异常事件展开事故调查,通过结构分析、诊断试验、解体检查,研究判断出本次事故原因为下节主电容电容单元发生击穿,导致主电容和分压电容分压比改变,造成该电容式电压互感器二次电压异常。最后,给出了相应的防范措施,为同类型电容式电压互感器的制造工艺和故障诊断提供参考。
Capacitor voltage transformer is an important protection and metering equipment in power system and its reliable operation has an important role for safety and stability of power grid.Therefore,the state evaluation and fault analysis of the capacitor voltage transformer are of great significance to maintain the safety of power grid.The abnormal secondary voltage of one 220 kV Capacitor voltage transformer is investigated in this paper.It is concluded through structural analysis,diagnostic test and disassembly inspection that the cause of the abnormality is the breakdown of capacitor unit in the lower section of main capacitor,resulting in variation of division ratio of main and dividing capacitance and thus causing abnormal secondary voltage of capacitor voltage transformer.Finally,the corresponding preventive measures are given so to provide reference for the manufacturing process and fault diagnosis of the same type capacitor voltage transformer.
