摘要
眼针疗法是彭静山开创的新型眼部针灸治疗方法。本研究从五脏学说、五轮八廓学说和经络学说分别阐明眼针的理论来源,总结出八区十三穴的划分依据,更加详细深入探究其独特的眼部诊断及治疗方式。以经络循行、三焦辨证和眼部丝络作为临床取穴依据,列举医案并全面展现眼针治疗的简便性与有效性,为临床上进行相关疾病的眼部治疗提供思路。
Eye acupuncture is a new type of acupuncture around eyes pioneered by PENG Jingshan.This study clarified the theoretical source of eye acupuncture from the theory of five Zang-organs,the theory of five wheels and eight regions and the theory of meridians,it summarized the basis for the division of thirteen points in eight districts,and explored the unique eye diagnosis and treatment in more details.The meridian circulation,syndrome differentiation of Sanjiao,and collaterals around eyes were used as the basis for clinical acupoints selection.Medical cases were listed to demonstrate the simplicity and effectiveness of eye acupuncture treatment.It provides ideas for clinical ocular treatment of related diseases and promotes the further development of TCM.
