摘要
眼针是中医眼科常用的一种疗法,本文以眼针为检索词在中国知网(CNKI)梳理了眼针相关文献,总结出眼针的几种类型,包括常用眼周取穴眼针、个人经验取穴眼针(靳氏眼三针、李聘卿新明二穴及眼肌直刺法)和彭静山八廓眼周八区十三穴眼针,对其应用穴位范围、针刺手法、适应症及疗效加以整理分析后发现,前两大类眼针在眼科已有较高的认可度,临床应用普及广泛,而彭静山眼针疗法更多的应用于全身疾病治疗,在眼科应用较少。本文在梳理眼针疗法的基础上,对彭静山眼针治疗应用现状加以分析,以期引起对该眼针理论的重视,更好的指导眼科临床。
Eye acupuncture is a common therapy in ophthalmology.Based on the literature review of eye acupuncture on cnki.net platform using eye acupuncture as the search term,this paper summarizes several different meanings of eye acupuncture,which can be divided into the commonly used eye acupuncture at acupoints around eyes,the eye acupuncture at acupoints based on personal experience(Jin's eye-three needle,Li Pinqing's xinming acupoint,and direct irritation on ocular muscle)and the Peng Jingshan's eight area and thirteen points eye acupuncture at eight regions around eyes in Bakuo.After analyzing the application range of acupoints,acupuncture manipulation,indications and efficacy,the authors found that the first two categories of eye acupuncture have enjoyed high recognition in ophthalmology and are widely used in clinical practice.However,Peng's eye acupuncture is more applied to the treatment of systemic diseases and less applied in ophthalmology.This paper analyzes the application status of Peng's eye acupuncture on the basis of combing the eye acupuncture,hoping to arouse attention to this eye acupuncture theory and better guide ophthalmology clinical practice.
