摘要
目的分析自拟柴芩温胆汤治疗胆郁痰扰型眩晕35例的临床效果。方法纳入70例胆郁痰扰型眩晕患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。对照组行常规西医治疗,治疗组在西医治疗基础上行自拟柴芩温胆汤治疗。比较两组的眩晕症状评分,临床疗效,基底动脉、左侧椎动脉和右侧椎动脉的血流速度,复发情况。结果治疗后,治疗组头晕目眩、视物旋转、汗出肢冷、恶心呕吐、耳鸣及头痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组基底动脉、左侧椎动脉及右侧椎动脉的血流速度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月,治疗组的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟柴芩温胆汤用于胆郁痰扰证眩晕的效果显著,可改善局部血流速度,降低复发率,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self-designed Chaiqin Wendan decoction in the treatment of 35 cases of vertigo patients with bile depression and phlegm disturbance.Methods A total of 70 vertigo patients with bile depression and phlegm disturbance were included as the research objects,the patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with self-designed Chaiqin Wendan decoction on the base of the western medicine.The vertigo symptoms scores,clinical efficacy,blood flow velocity of basilar artery,left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of dizziness,visual rotation,cold sweating limbs,nausea and vomiting,tinnitus and headache in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity of basilar artery,left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6-month follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-designed Chaiqin Wendan decoction has remarkable effect on vertigo of bile depression and phlegm disturbance,it can improve local blood flow velocity and reduce recurrence rate,which is worthy of reference.
