摘要
水库是兴水利除水害的重要基础设施,加强水库管理、保障水库安全运行意义重大。随着新时期我国治水主要矛盾发生变化,新技术的出现、发展与应用推动了水库安全管理水平不断提升。剖析了我国水库安全现状,提出了新时期水库管理需要推进的重点工作,以期对提升我国水库安全管理提供进一步借鉴参考。
A reservoir can be used as a key infrastructure for offering benefits and eliminating water disasters.It is of great significance to strengthen management and ensure the safe operation of the reservoir.Along with the evolution of main contradictions in the water governance of China,as well as the emergence,development and application of new technologies in the new period,the level of reservoir safety management has witnessed an obvious improvement.According to an in-depth analysis of the current situation,key tasks for advancing reservoir management are proposed,in order to provide insights for the safety management of reservoirs in China.
