摘要
针对传统密封圈磨损仿真方法所得结果具有较大误差,提出基于Usui模型的往复活塞杆密封圈磨损仿真方法。首先建立Usui磨损模型,确定密封圈材料应力应变参数,进而计算活塞杆表面纹理的磨损情况,最后在有限元分析软件中导入该计算方法并得出仿真结果。对比发现,该仿真结果更接近实际磨损情况。
Considering the obvious errors in the results obtained by the traditional methods of simulating sealing ring wear,a Usui model-based method for simulating the reciprocating piston rod’s seal ring wear was proposed.Firstly,having the Usui wear model established to determine stress-strain parameters of the seal ring materials,and then having the wear of the piston rod surface texture calculated,and finally,hav-ing the calculation method imported into the finite element analysis software to obtain simulation results.The simulation results show that,the results from this method is even more close to the actual wear pattern.
