Random Vibration Test of Aircraft Suspension Equipment

摘要 提出了一种飞机组合悬挂装置系统的随机振动试验技术的实施方案,并作详细 的试验技术分析。 The control technology of random vibrating test on a large structure is very complex. From preventing damage to the testing sample when vibrating test was out of control on using incorrect control method, a new control technology of multi-points signal power spectrum density (PSD) on random vibrating test was put forward. From choosing four or more points response of PSD and using equilibrium technology to meet the standard test spectrum, it was easier and more practical to simulate actual structure dynamic environment than using single sine signal control method. To ensure that the test be fully checked, it lies on four aspects, choosing the right test standard, designing suitable clamp, collecting precise response data and confirming the appraisal test. This technology had been used in some kind of aircraft suspend equipment random vibrating test and achieve satisfactory result.
