摘要
大直径薄壁筒体作为航天领域常用的重要承力构件严重制约着航天制造能力的进步。对轮强力旋压工艺是低能耗高质量加工超大型筒体的有效手段。本文开展了新型立式全电伺服对轮强力旋压设备的技术参数确定和整体方案设计,设计了最大加工直径6 m、总功率6100 kW的立式全电伺服对轮旋压设备,并对设备的主要运动功能机构进行了细化设计,包括筒坯旋转机构、旋轮轴向进给机构和旋轮径向进给机构。设计了设备的机架结构并进行了有限元仿真,结果表明,框架最大等效应力为49.6 MPa,最大等效应变为0.00026,最大总体变形量0.545 mm,最大轴向变形量0.410 mm,均在安全范围内。
As an important bearing component in aerospace field,large-diameter thin-walled cylinder seriously restricts the progress of aerospace manufacturing capacity.Counter-roller spinning is an effective way to process super large-diameter cylinder with low energy consumption and high quality.In this paper,the technical parameters determination and overall design of a new type of vertical all-electric counter-roller spinning machine were carried out.The vertical all-electric counter-roller spinning machine with a maximum processing diameter of 6m and a total power of 6100 kW was designed.The main motion functional mechanisms of the equipment were designed in detail,including the billet rotating mechanism,the radial feed mechanism and the radial feed mechanism.The frame structure of the equipment was designed and the finite element simulation was carried out.The results indicate that that the maximum equivalent stress of the frame is 49.6 MPa,the maximum equivalent strain is 0.00026,the maximum overall deformation is 0.545 mm,and the maximum axial deformation is 0.410 mm.All the above values are within the safe range.
