摘要
通过对几种大直径薄壁圆筒成形工艺的对比与分析,提出了一种超大直径薄壁圆筒的工艺——对轮旋压。该工艺以旋轮取代了传统的芯模,对筒形件内外表面同时成形,完全不受大尺寸圆筒直径、壁厚以及长度的限制。对于生产超大直径薄壁圆筒具有重要意义,是未来大直径圆筒成形的主要的方法。
Through the comparison and analysis of several large diameter-thin wall cylinders forming process, a kind of super-large cylinder forming process --"counter-roller forming" was introduced. The traditional die was replaced by rotary roller. The inside and outside surfaces of cylinder are formed simultaneously. The "counter-spinning" is completely free of the diameter, wall thickness and the length of large cylinder. It has an important meaning for the production of large diameter, and in the future, it will be the main method of the large diameter cylinder forming.
