承插式带抗剪环钢管混凝土桥墩抗震性能研究 被引量:2

Seismic performance of precast concrete-filled steel tubular bridge pier with shear ring

摘要 对比了2种不同宽度抗剪环钢管混凝土(concrete-filled steel tube,CFST)桥墩和不设抗剪环的CFST桥墩的拟静力试验行为和结果,利用有限元仿真方法研究了多种不同宽度抗剪环CFST桥墩的抗侧向力性能。结果表明,承插式带抗剪环的这种新型CFST桥墩在轴压力和低周循环荷载作用下的整体性和抗震性能良好,具体表现为:加载后接触区域无明显混凝土与钢管脱空问题;抗剪环能有效提高该新型CFST桥墩的位移延性和抗侧向承载力;抗剪环对该新型CFST桥墩的初始刚度和屈服位移无明显影响;该新型CFST桥墩的抗弯承载力随抗剪环宽度的增加而增加,但轴压力增大到足够大时,这种趋势减弱甚至无影响。最后推导了抗剪环的建议宽度,可指导该新型CFST桥墩的抗震设计,促进装配式桥墩的广泛应用。 Concrete-filled steel tube(CFST) piers with different shear rings and CFST pier without shear ring were studied. The quasi-static behaviors and results of these piers were investigated experimentally, and the lateral force resistance of CFST piers with different widths of shear rings was studied by finite element simulation method. Results indicate that the new CFST pier with shear ring can not only solve the bonding issue between steel tube and concrete, but also display a good earthquake resistance. According to the sensitivity study on the shear rings, the shear ring can improve the displacement ductility and lateral loading resistance of the new CFST pier. The shear ring has little influence on the initial stiffness or yield displacement of the new CFST pier. The bending resistance of the new CFST pier increases with the increase of the shear ring width,but this tendency disappears when the axial pressure is too high. Finally, the minimum width of the shear ring is deduced, which can guide the seismic design of the new CFST pier and promote the wide application of the prefabricated pier.
