自复位承插式多节段预制桥墩抗震性能数值模拟 被引量:5

Numerical simulation on seismic performance of re-centering socketed segmental precast pier

摘要 为解决现有预制桥墩施工难度大、震后可恢复性能不足的问题,文章基于承插式桥墩与多节段桥墩的技术优点,提出一种新型自复位承插式多节段预制桥墩(RSSPP),使用耐久性好的BFRP筋和2304不锈钢钢筋,能够充分发挥承插式节点连接可靠、现场施工简单、容许误差大的特点,同时具备良好的自复位功能。基于OpenSees计算平台,使用纤维单元开展承插式桥墩和多节段桥墩模型建立与验证工作,在此基础上对RSSPP桥墩进行抗震性能研究和参数分析。研究表明:小位移下采用BFRP筋作为预应力筋相较于普通钢绞线的桥墩受力性能影响不大;提高初始预应力,能够使桥墩屈服荷载和屈服后刚度不断提高;增大不锈钢钢筋配置率对水平承载力和耗能能力提升较为明显,但也造成残余位移的增大,在实际应用中应做好自复位性能和耗能能力之间的平衡。 To solve the problems of the existing precast bridge piers including inconvenience of construction,corrosion risk,and insufficiency of earthquake resilient performance,a new re-centering socketed segmental precast pier(RSSPP)was proposed in this paper,based on the advantages of socketed pier and segmental pier.Basalt fiber-reinforced polymer(BFRP)tendons and 2304 stainless steel bars was used in this pier.On the one hand,RSSPP with socketed connection has features of reliable connection,simple onsite construction and large tolerance,on the other hand,the pier has excellent re-centering performance.Two detailed fiber element models of the socketed pier and segmental pier were developed and testified on OpenSees platform.On this basis,seismic performance and parameters analysis of RSSPP were conducted.The results show that BFRP tendons has basically identical performance with steel strand in small displacement.However,the post-yield stiffness of the pier continuously increases with the increase of initial prestress.With the increase of the reinforcement ratio of ED bars,the energy dissipation and horizontal bearing capacity of the pier increase significantly,but re-centering capacity indicated by residual deformation decreases.Thus,a balance between the re-centering performance and energy dissipation capacity need to be considered in practical application.
