摘要
目的探讨不同时间窗内高压氧治疗对急性脑梗死患者预后的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年10月汕头市第二人民医院收治的急性脑梗死患者90例,依据发病至高压氧治疗的时间窗分为三组,Ⅰ组时间窗短于3 d,Ⅱ组时间窗为3~7 d,Ⅲ组时间窗为超过7 d,每组各30例,对患者治疗前及治疗1个月后的神经功能缺损(ESS)评分、日常生活能力(BI)评分的变化情况、治疗总有效率情况进行观察。结果与治疗前比较,治疗1个月后,Ⅰ组的ESS评分明显高于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组,Ⅰ组的BI评分明显高于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组,并且Ⅰ组的治疗总有效率明显高于Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于时间窗为3~7 d、超过7 d的患者,对时间窗短于3 d患者进行治疗能够有效的改善患者的预后,并获得良好的临床效果。
Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy at different time windows on the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Shantou from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into three groups based on the time window from onset to hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The time window of groupⅠwas shorter than 3 d,the time window of groupⅡwas 3-7 d,and the time window of groupⅢwas more than 7 d,each group with 30 cases.The changes in the neurological impairment(ESS)score,the ability of daily living(BI)score,and the total effective rate of treatment were observed.Results After 1 month of treatment,the ESS score of groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅡandⅢ,and the BI score of groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅡandⅢ.The total effective rate of treatment in groupⅠwas significantly higher than that in groupsⅡandⅢ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with patients with a time window of 3-7 d and more than 7 d,treatment of patients with a time window shorter than 3 d can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and obtain good clinical effects.
