摘要 目的分析CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T细胞、MDSCs细胞在肺癌患者免疫微环境中的表达及在预后质量评估中的应用价值。方法将我院2017年1月至2019年1月间收治的108例行手术治疗的肺癌患者作为研究对象,同期选择50例行肺部手术治疗的非肿瘤患者作为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测组织中CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T细胞、MDSCs细胞水平;采用Cox回归模型分析CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T细胞、MDSCs细胞水平与患者预后的关系,绘制生存曲线分析患者生存情况。结果观察组患者肺癌微环境中CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T细胞和MDSCs细胞水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T细胞高表达和MDSCs细胞高表达患者生存质量均明显低于CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T细胞低表达和MDSCs细胞低表达患者(P<0.05);肺癌微环境中CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T细胞、MDSCs细胞水平是影响患者生存质量的独立性威胁因素(P<0.05)。结论CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T细胞、MDSCs细胞在肺癌患者免疫微环境中处于异常高表达状态,且两指标高表达导致患者生存质量恶化。 This study was performed to analyze the expression of CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T cells and MDSCs(myeloid-derived suppressor cells)in the immune microenvironment of lung cancer patients and their application value in the assessment of prognosis quality.Total of 108 lung cancer patients underwent surgical treatment were selected from our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as research object(observation group),and 50 non-tumor patients who underwent lung surgery were selected as control group during the same period.Flow cytometry was used to detect the levels of CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T cells and MDSCs in tissues;the Cox regression model was used to analyze the relationship between the levels of CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T cells/MDSCs and the prognosis of patients,and the survival curve was drawn to analyze the survival of patients.Data showed that the levels of CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T cells and MDSCs in the lung cancer microenvironment of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The life quality of patients with high CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T cells/MDSCs expression was significantly lower than that of patients with low CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T cells/MDSCs expression(P<0.05);CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T cells and MDSCs in the microenvironment of lung cancer are independent threats to the life quality of lung cancer patients(P<0.05).Taken together,CD4^(+)IL-22^(+)T cells and MDSCs are abnormally high expressed in the immune microenvironment of lung cancer patients,which lead to deterioration of the quality of life.
