摘要
目的:对比高血压性心脏病通过心脏超声、心电图进行诊断的效果。方法:选择2018年1月~2019年12月本院收治的92例高血压性心脏病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均通过心电图、心脏超声进行诊断,对比两种检查数与诊断准确率。结果:心脏彩超的左房内径/主动脉内径值、左房内径、相对室壁厚度、左室壁厚度、左室舒张末直径等参数与心电图相比,有明显差异(P<0.05);心脏彩超的检出率明显高于心电图(P<0.05)。结论:高血压性心脏病通过心脏彩超进行诊断有着较高的临床价值,能够促使漏诊、误诊的情况明显降低,为临床制定治疗方案提供良好的依据。
Objective:To compare the diagnostic effect of hypertensive heart disease by cardiac ultrasound and electrocardiogram.Methods:92 patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research object.All patients were diagnosed by electrocardiogram and cardiac ultrasound.The number of two examinations and the accuracy of diagnosis were compared.Results:The parameters of left atrial inner diameter/aortic inner diameter,left atrium inner diameter,relative ventricular wall thickness,left ventricular wall thickness,and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter of color Doppler ultrasound were significantly different from those of electrocardiogram(P<0.05);The detection rate of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that of electrocardiogram(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease by cardiac color Doppler ultrasound has high clinical value,which can significantly reduce the cases of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and provide a good basis for clinical treatment planning.
