摘要
目的:分析心脏超声与心电图对高血压性心脏病的诊断效果及检出率影响。方法:选取于我院接受治疗的88例高血压性心脏病患者,选取时间为2017年10月-2018年12月,随机将患者分为对照组(44例)和观察组(44例),对照组行心电图检查,观察组行心脏超声联合心电图检查。结果:观察组患者的左室增大、左室肥厚、主动脉扩大、主动脉弹性减退等检出率,与对照组对比,数据差异显著,P<0.05。结论:高血压性心脏病患者接受心脏超声联合心电图检查,可以提高疾病的检出率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of echocardiography and electrocardiogram on the diagnosis and detection rate of hypertensive heart disease.Methods:88 patients with hypertensive heart disease were randomly divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(44 cases)from October 2017 to December 2018.The control group underwent electrocardiogram examination,while the observation group underwent echocardiography combined with electrocardiogram examination.Results:The detection rates of left ventricular enlargement,left ventricular hypertrophy,aortic enlargement and aortic elasticity decline in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Echocardiography combined with electrocardiogram can improve the detection rate of hypertensive heart disease.
