摘要
目的:研究肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合微波消融治疗肝癌患者的临床疗效。方法:76例肝癌患者随机分为TACE组(38例)与联合治疗组(38例)。TACE组患者实施肝动脉化疗栓塞术,联合治疗组患者实施肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合微波消融治疗。观察两组患者总有效率、2年生存率、术后复发率,甲胎蛋白降低率及术后并发症。结果:联合治疗组的总有效率、2年生存率明显高于TACE组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后复发率明显低于TACE组,甲胎蛋白降低率优于TACE组,术后并发症无明显统计学差异。结论:TACE与MWA联合治疗,可显著提高临床治疗效果及肿瘤的完全坏死率,可明显提高近远期存活率,不良反应发生率较低,提高患者的生存质量。是临床上治疗肝癌的一种有效、安全的治疗方式。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of hepatic artery chemoembolization combined with microwave ablation in the treatment of patients with liver cancer.Methods:76 patients with liver cancer were randomly divided into TACE group(38 cases)and combination therapy group(38 cases).Patients in the TACE group received hepatic artery chemoembolization,and patients in the combined treatment group received hepatic artery chemoembolization combined with microwave ablation.The total effective rate,2-year survival rate,postoperative recurrence rate,alpha-fetoprotein reduction rate and postoperative complications were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate and 2-year survival rate of the combined treatment group were significantly higher than those of the TACE group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the TACE group,and alpha-fetoprotein was reduced.The rate was better than that of the TACE group,and there was no significant difference in postoperative complications.Conclusion:The combined treatment of TACE and MWA can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect and the complete tumor necrosis rate,and can significantly improve the short-term and long-term survival rate,with a lower incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is an effective and safe treatment for liver cancer clinically.
