摘要
目的探讨经皮微波消融治疗低风险甲状腺微小乳头状癌的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月鞍山市肿瘤医院收治的80例低风险甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),观察组采用经皮微波消融治疗方法,对照组采用开放式手术方法。比较两组的总有效率、不良反应总发生率、生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的躯体、心理、社会、物质生活评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮微波消融治疗低风险甲状腺微小乳头状癌的效果十分显著,能够提高患者生活质量评分。
Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous microwave ablation for low-risk thyroid micropapillary carcinoma and its effect on quality of life.Methods A total of 80 low-risk thyroid micropapillary carcinoma patients admitted to Anshan Cancer Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)according to the method of drawing lots.The observation group was treated with percutaneous microwave ablation,and the control group was treated with open surgery.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the physical,psychological,social and material life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of percutaneous microwave ablation in the treatment of low-risk thyroid micro papillary carcinoma is very significant,and it can improve the quality of life score of patients.
