摘要
中低速磁悬浮采用单边型大气隙直线感应电机(LIM)来驱动,每节车厢安装10台初级,采用5串2并的连接方式,复合次级板安装在轨道上,LIM的可靠性对车辆安全运行非常重要。本文就LIM初级绕组匝间短路故障展开研究,基于有限元方法建立了分析模型,计算了起动情况下不同位置、不同匝数匝间短路故障时的性能,包括三相电流、短路电流、推力与法向力,通过对比分析了短路故障对LIM性能的影响,为故障时的可靠运行提供支持。
The single side large air-gap linear induction motors(LIMs)are adopted to drive the low-medium speed Maglev train.There are ten primaries mounted in each carriage,which are connected by five-series and two-parallel mode.The compound secondary is fixed in the rail.To the safe operation of vehicle,the reliability of LIM is very important.This paper investigated the inter-turn short circuit fault of LIM primary winding.Based on the FEM,the analysis model was erected.With this model,the starting performance of LIM with inter-turn short circuit fault under the conditions of different position and different turn number,which includes three phase currents,short circuit current,thrust force and normal force.By comparison,the influence of short circuit fault on performance was analyzed.The results can supply support for reliable operation of LIM with fault.
