摘要
云南某低品位白钨粗精矿WO_(3)品位为6.37%,CaF_(2)品位为22.68%,矿石成分复杂、萤石含量高,导致白钨选别困难。以该白钨粗精矿为研究对象,采用加温浮选法,开展了水玻璃用量、抑制剂种类和用量、捕收剂种类和用量等条件试验。试验结果表明,选用水玻璃和氟硅酸钠作为组合抑制剂,能够较好地抑制萤石,使白钨矿与萤石得到有效分离,显著提高了钨精矿中钨的品位及回收率。731捕收剂相比于其他捕收剂具有较好的捕收效果。在最佳条件试验的基础上,当水玻璃用量为8000 g/t,氟硅酸钠用量为1500 g/t,731捕收剂用量为300 g/t时,对白钨粗精矿进行了精选闭路试验,试验流程为一粗七精三扫选(中矿逐级返回),获得WO_(3)品位为56.63%、回收率为96.10%的钨精矿,取得了较好的浮选效果,为选别同类矿石提供了一定的参考。
A low-grade scheelite crude concentrate in Yunnan has a WO_(3) grade of 6.37%and a CaF_(2) grade of 22.68%.The ore has complex composition,high fluorite content,which leads to the difficulty of scheelite separation.With the coarse concentrate as the research object,the heating flotation method was used to carry out the conditions tests such as the dosage of sodium silicate,the type and dosage of inhibitor,and the type and dosage of collector.The results show that the combination inhibitor of sodium silicate and sodium fluorosilicate can effectively inhibit fluorite,effectively separate scheelite from fluorite,thus significantly improving the grade and recovery rate of tungsten in tungsten concentrate.731 collector has better collection effect than other collectors.On the basis of the best condition test,when the amount of sodium silicate is 8000 g/t,the amount of sodium fluorosilicate is 1500 g/t,and the amount of 731 collector is 300 g/t,the closed-circuit test of tungsten concentrate was carried out.With the one rough selection,seven selections,three sweeps,and a closed loop return process,the WO_(3) grade is 56.63%,the recovery rate of tungsten concentrate is 96.10%,which provides a certain reference for the separation of similar ores.
