摘要
中医药防治疫病视域下,中医药文化自信来源于中医药防治疫病的特色指导思想,来源于中医药防治重大疫病的成功史实,来源于中医药防治疫病创新性的现代实践发展。不同历史阶段疫病防治特色的思想形成了中医药文化自信的理论依据,中医药防治天花、鼠疫、流行性乙型脑炎及重症急性呼吸综合征(SARS)的重大史实构建了中医药文化自信的实践基础,中医药防治新冠肺炎的创新性现代实践发展重塑了中医药文化自信的内生动力。中医药防治疫病的历史实践过程是传承精华、守正创新的过程,也是中医药文化自信效能彰显的过程。
From the perspective of epidemic prevention and control with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it is considered that the self-confidence of TCM culture is originated from the specific academic thoughts for epidemic prevention and control with TCM,and comes from the important historical facts of TCM succeeding in preventing and controlling the epidemic as well as the innovative development of modern practice for epidemic prevention and control with TCM. The specific academic thoughts for epidemic prevention and control with TCM in different historical periods contribute to the theoretical basis for the self-confidence of TCM culture, the important historical facts of TCM succeeding in preventing and controlling the epidemic diseases of smallpox, plague,epidemic encephalitis B,and severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS)construct the practical foundations for the self-confidence of TCM culture,and the innovative development of modern practice for preventing and controlling the new type of coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)with TCM rebuilds the motive power for the self-confidence of TCM culture. The historical practice for epidemic prevention and control with TCM is the process of the essence transmission and the inheritance and innovation of TCM culture,and is also the presentation of the efficiency of self-confidence of TCM culture.
