摘要
《黄帝内经》曰:“帝曰:余闻五疫之至,皆相染易……如何可得不相移易者?歧伯曰:不相染者,正气存内,邪不可干,避其毒气”。提示邪气是病因,机体正气与避其毒气是防治疫病传播与蔓延的根本。本文通过阐述正气与邪气在人体的作用、“正邪之气”与无症状新冠肺炎的辨证分析、“扶正、驱邪、避毒”防治无症状新冠肺炎的临床运用,进一步阐明“扶正、驱邪、避毒”理论在疫情防治中的重要意义。
According to Huangdi’s Internal Classics:“the Emperor Said:I hear that the five pestilence come,all of them are infected with each other...how can we get those who do not change?Qibo said:Those who are not infected with each other have healthy Zheng Qi stored inside,Xie Qi can not do and avoid its poisonous Qi”.It is suggested that Xie Qi is the cause of disease,Zheng Qi of the body and avoiding its poisonous Qi are the basis of preventing and controlling the spread of the pandemic.It is a systematic analysis in paper about the role of“Zheng Qi”and“Xie Qi”in the human body,the dialectical analysis of“Zheng Qi and Xie Qi”and asymptomatic novel coronavirus pneumonia,and the clinical application of“strengthening the body,expelling pathogenic factors and avoiding toxin”.To further clarify the significance of the theory of“strengthening the body,expelling pathogenic factors and avoiding toxin”in the pandemic.
